Background

Pacaso, a technology-driven marketplace for co-owned luxury vacation homes, has announced a new partnership with Fredrik Eklund, a global real estate leader and star of Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing” franchise. The collaboration aims to introduce wealthy buyers an easier and more flexible way to own high-end second homes.

Under the partnership, Eklund will work with Pacaso to connect qualified buyers with co-ownership opportunities in sought-after locations, including Miami, New York, London, and Paris. The effort combines Pacaso’s turnkey ownership model with Eklund’s strong global network and deep experience in the luxury real estate market.

Pacaso co-founder and chief executive Austin Allison said the partnership reflects a shared vision. He said Eklund’s understanding of how people live and invest in luxury homes aligns closely with Pacaso’s goal of making second-home ownership simpler and more accessible.

Eklund said the model addresses a long-standing gap in the market. He noted that many buyers want access to exceptional homes without the cost and responsibility of full-time ownership. He described Pacaso’s approach as modern and well-suited to today’s luxury consumer.

The partnership will also include speaking engagements, visits to Pacaso properties around the world, and an exclusive dinner series hosted by Eklund. Top real estate agents and buyers will meet at these events to discuss the future of luxury home ownership and co-investing.

Pacaso, founded in 2020, offers curated luxury homes with professional management and interior design services. Eklund leads the Eklund|Gomes Team at Douglas Elliman, a nationwide real estate group with a strong media presence and billions of dollars in annual transactions. Together, the partners aim to reshape how affluent buyers approach second-home ownership.
