Background
Madison International Realty announced a series of senior leadership promotions designed to bolster its investment platform and groom the next generation of executives.
The company appointed Michael Seitz as Head of U.S. Investments and Max Sauermann as Head of European Investments. Both executives have also joined the newly created Office of the President, which will be led by founder and President Ronald Dickerman alongside the firm’s existing executive management committee. The new office is designed to provide broader strategic exposure and develop future executive leaders.
Madison also promoted Kim Adamek, Head of Portfolio and Asset Management, to the executive management committee, recognising her contributions over the past 11 years and the growing importance of portfolio and asset management to the firm’s investment strategy.
The company said Seitz and Sauermann were previously members of its Rising Leaders Committee, which was launched in September 2024 to identify and develop future leaders. Madison has also added five new members to the committee from within the organisation.
In addition, the firm introduced a co-Chief Investment Officer structure within the Office of the CIO to strengthen investment oversight, sourcing and execution across its global operations. The office includes Mo Saraiya, Chris Muoio, Michael Seitz and Max Sauermann.
Madison also announced the return of Jacob Albano as a Director on its U.S. Investment team after nearly five years at LCOR. The company said the leadership changes support its long-term growth strategy and reinforce its focus on developing talent across the organisation.
