Background

Leading Dubai based developer HRE Development showcased the emirate’s property market to investors and industry leaders from across the globe at the 76th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress in Vienna.

The congress, organised by FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation, gave the company a platform to build international partnerships and widen its global footprint.

Representing HRE Development at the event was Chairman Mohamed Adib Hijazi, a FIABCI Gold Member, who held discussions geared toward strengthening investor relations and promoting UAE real estate across international markets.

A central part of the company’s participation came through the global launch of Sakura Gardens, its flagship residential project. The development spans 49,000 square metres, with half of that area set aside for green open spaces and offers more than 50 amenities built around wellness focused, nature inspired living.

Sustainability based planning runs through the design and the project has also received the Iconic Design of the Year award at the Design Middle East Awards 2025.

HRE Development said Dubai keeps drawing strong global interest because of its stable economy, drive for innovation and long term investment potential, adding that platforms such as the FIABCI congress help position the city as a leading real estate hub worldwide.

Hijazi said the congress offers a valuable space to build relationships and demonstrate the worth of UAE developments to an international audience. He added that Sakura Gardens reflects the company’s focus on sustainable, community centred living.

With more than 30 years of experience and over 350 completed projects, HRE Development said it intends to keep expanding internationally while continuing to deliver long term value through its developments.
