New Development Division by Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California to enhance its position in the luxury real estate market worldwide. It will cater to branded residences, luxury condominiums, and large residential developments in the United States and abroad.

The new division will be led by Executive Directors Tomer Fridman, Don Heller, Amir Ensani, and Aaron Kirman, along with Director Nicole Contreras. Together, the leadership team has a combined career sales volume of more than $33 billion. The division will manage a luxury property portfolio valued at over $30 billion.

The company said the new platform was created to meet growing demand from buyers looking for premium homes with high-end amenities and lifestyle-focused features. It will also work closely with developers on sales, marketing, and project planning.

As part of its launch, the division has secured exclusive California marketing rights for Burj Azizi in Dubai, one of the world’s tallest buildings. Its portfolio also includes projects such as Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills, Privé Malibu, The Harland, The Fairbank, JEM Private Residences Miami, Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale, and 255 East 77th Street in New York.

The company said the division combines sales expertise with development experience to support luxury residential projects from planning through completion.

Founded in 2022, Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California has expanded rapidly in the luxury housing market. The brokerage now has over 300 agents and, not long ago, recorded $4.2 billion in sales volume during 2025, which strengthens its position in Southern California’s high-end real estate sector.
