Background
Sotheby’s International Realty has acquired Majestic Realty Collective, strengthening its presence in luxury real estate markets across the western United States. The acquisition adds eight Sotheby’s International Realty affiliates operating in Colorado, Utah, Nevada, California, Idaho and other western regions.
The deal expands the company’s network in key luxury and resort destinations. The acquired businesses include LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty, Las Vegas Sotheby’s International Realty, Sun Valley Sotheby’s International Realty, Group One Sotheby’s International Realty, Desert Sotheby’s International Realty and Central Coast Sotheby’s International Realty.
Majestic Realty Collective will continue to operate under its current leadership, including Scott Webber and Thomas Wright. The transaction also includes American Discovery Capital.
Sotheby’s International Realty said the acquisition builds on its long-standing relationship with Majestic Realty Collective and will strengthen its ability to serve clients across multiple markets.
The company added that the acquisition will support further investment in technology, marketing and advisor services. Advisors will also gain access to Compass International Holdings’ proprietary Home Platform.
Majestic Realty Collective has a development division representing more than 40 new construction and master-planned community projects. The organization also focuses on advisor recruitment, leadership development and operational support.
The collective reported more than $13.5 billion in sales volume during 2025. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
